We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Remember, cancellation and/or rescheduling appointments must be done at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise there will be a $50 charge on your credit card. If there is no call and no show the appointment will be charged in full. If the session is a Groupon the session will be forfeit.
Please call or text us at (206) 293-4927 during our regular business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are unable to do this through our online booking system.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment. You will complete the remaining time of your treatment. As much as we’d love to accommodate you if you should arrive late for your appointment, we will have to condense your treatment to avoid inconveniencing clients scheduled after you.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes but is not limited to anyone who requests treatment or services that are out of our scope of practice.
We will exercise this right if anyone arrives for treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. We reserve the right to charge for the session in full; Whether or not services were rendered.
If you no longer wish to complete a package series, any remaining funds may be transferred towards another service. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

Our clinic loves children, and we offer many wellness services for them. If the service is not specifically for your child we ask that you do not bring them to the clinic. If you have an unforeseen circumstance with your childcare, we may or may not be able to treat you. Our services require tranquil, non distracted conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service, and the session will be subject to 24 hour rescheduling policy.
