If you have been exposed to COVID. Please RESCHEDULE.
Please fill out all paperwork that has been sent to you to fill out electronically PRIOR to appointment. We cannot perform the service without it.
WAIT IN YOUR CAR and check in on your Vagaro App this will tell us you are here. We will message you when we are ready for you to come in.
You MUST WEAR A MASK.

There is a Key Pad lock on the door, you will need the code. It will be in the confirmation email when you schedule. 

Scheduling
All sessions are by appointment only. Patients may schedule appointments by email at info@umaclinic.com  or by calling/texting (206) 293-4927. (Please leave a message if we don’t answer, we are often with clients and will get back to you as soon as possible). 

We now offer ONLINE SCHEDULING.

Body Contouring & Medical Esthetics and Spa:

Please arrive 5 min early to your appointment. Or you may print and fill out the Initial Intake Forms, plus the forms that pertain to your particular treatment.

GROUPON Clients:

Please arrive early or on-time for all appointments. As we have a client after you, we will not be able to extend your session beyond the original appointment time. We have a 24 hour rescheduling/cancelling policy. If proper notice is not given you will forfeit the treatments in that appointment.
